Destination Countries and Shipping Conditions

Argan Meadow ships orders to the destination countries listed in the table below; if your destination is not on this list, please contact us via email to info@arganmeadow.com expressing your interest in buying our products with a copy of your order so we can confirm shipping costs for your delivery destination which you will need to approve and pay in advance to confirm the order, in accordance with our Sales Terms.

Unless there is a stock shortage or a ban on shipping due to legal requirements in the destination countries, the products sold on www.arganmeadow.com are only available for delivery in countries with available shipping methods.

Shipping costs are not included in products’ PVP’s and will be paid in addition to the value of the products depending on the delivery destination and the quantity and references ordered.

These are automatically calculated on check out considering products’ weight and order’s final destination.

We ship to the following countries:

The shipping costs for Argan Meadow Orders include handling, shipping and delivery; any local, regional or national customs duties or taxes that may apply in the course of delivery or country of destination are the full responsibility of the customer.

Argan Meadow cannot be held responsible for any additional costs.

If the customer does not accept the delivery or returns the products to their origin without valid reason, the costs of return are of his total responsibility, being Argan Meadow automatically authorized to charge the customer all the costs of return or handling and product for an unauthorized return.

Orders are processed and delivered exclusively on business days; orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or national, regional or local holidays will be processed on the next business day.

The delivery will be made within a maximum of 30 working days depending on the delivery address on the shipping confirmation sent by e-mail.

Reasons for late delivery may be due to unforeseen circumstances or an area of difficult delivery. If for any reason we are not able to meet this date you will be informed of this situation by e-mail and given the option to continue with the purchase with a new delivery date or, alternatively, the cancellation of the order and the refund with the total amount paid.

All confirmed orders from Monday to Friday, will be sent within 48 hours, except weekends or local, regional or national holidays.

Argan Meadow will send you an e-mail when your order is confirmed and another e-mail when your order is shipped, with the tracking information so you can verify the status of your delivery, including the courier services company.

To carry out the transport and delivery of the orders we use courier services or the Spanish Post Office – Correos.

To ensure the best possible service, you will be informed about choosen Courier Company that will make your delivery in the Shipping Confirmation E-mail.

The transit times presented are estimates and may vary in times of increased traffic, not including weekends or local, regional or national holidays in the countries of origin, destination or transit. Please note that actual delivery times may be longer than those reported here by Argan Meadow.

For destinations outside the European Union it will be necessary to consider that the estimates of transit times do not include the time that customs may have your order. Customs controls may delay the delivery of your order. Our product prices and transport costs do not include any kind of tax that may be applied by the customs law of your destination country, being these taxes and fees paid by the customer.

Liability in case of loss or damage

Once your order is shipped Argan Meadow cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transport. If you have any problems, please contact us at info@arganmeadow.com and we will do our best to help you.

Delivery and Returns

The order is delivered directly to the delivery address confirmed at the time of check out of the arganmeadow.com store

In case you are absent at the time of delivery at the previously confirmed delivery address, a notification of attempted delivery will be left. This notification will indicate the date and time the delivery attempt was made and also where you can pick up your order.

Once your order is confirmed by sending a shipping confirmation e-mail no changes can be made. The customer is responsible for correctly indicating the delivery information. Please check that your billing and delivery information is correct before confirming your order.

At the time of delivery, please check that everything is in order, immediately indicating any signs of non-conformity with the product or transport.

You can contact Argan Meadow within 14 days. Except for reasons of force majeure, no claims will be accepted after this period.

If you do not receive your order or a notification of attempted delivery within 15 days, you can verify your shipping tracking number by contacting the courier company responsible for delivery. You can also contact us by sending an e-mail to info@arganmeadow.com

Our deliveries are made by parcel companies and they do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or local, regional or national holidays.

Shipping Restrictions

Shipping restrictions apply to products containing materials considered hazardous in their composition for air shipping.

These products include some of our liquid products with alcohol which cannot be shipped to some geographies.

If you have included any of these products in your cart and the shipping address is in a country where these air shipping restrictions apply, you will be asked to remove the corresponding product(s). Alternatively, you can change the shipping address to a destination country that does not have these types of restrictions. If it is a ground transport, these restrictions do not apply.
